Payment & Refund Policy

•    Full payment due at the time of reservation
•    No refunds unless the event is canceled by the organizer
•    If canceled (e.g. due to weather), a refund or rescheduling option will be offered

Weather Policy
•    The rooftop is an outdoor space — please dress accordingly
•    In case of poor weather, the event may be rescheduled
•    Decisions will be communicated via email or phone to registered guests

Liability
•    Attendance is at guests’ own risk
•    Sofitel Frankfurt Opera is not liable for lost belongings, injuries, or damages sustained during the event

Force Majeure
•    Organizers are not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond control (e.g. natural disasters, government orders)

Governing Law
•    These terms are governed by German law
•    Legal disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Frankfurt am Main
